What we support remotely

  • Dry times, recoat windows, dilution, sanding steps, workflow corrections
  • Compatibility checks across MDF, wood, primed boards, selected plastics/PVC props, stairs and furniture surfaces (system dependent)

2) WhatsApp video call support (see the problem, fix it faster)

Ideal when visuals matter and guesswork is risky:

  • Surface prep and primer selection
  • Application technique (roller / brush / spray), film build, edge behavior
  • Sheen control and effect layers (metallic / pearl / sparkle)

For clear written guidance, approvals, and sharing details with the team, we can respond by email — especially useful when you want everything captured in one place.

What we typically ask you to share

To give you a confident answer quickly, we may request:

  • Short video + a few photos (wide shot + close-up)
  • Substrate details (MDF/wood/plastic, primer used, previous coats)
  • Products and mix ratios used (or your target look)
  • Timing (when applied, temperature/humidity if known)
  • Your deadline and what “acceptable on camera” means for the scene

When we go on-site

If the project is high-stakes (hero sets, large areas, multiple crews, tight approvals, complex effect finishes), we can support in person:

  • On-site workflow setup and crew briefing
  • First-area application guidance and quality checkpoints
  • Lighting-ready test panels and approval support
  • Rapid issue resolution to reduce rework and schedule risk

On-site support is a paid service.

We’ll agree the scope and cost in advance (travel, time on site, and any sampling/testing requirements), so it’s predictable and easy to approve.
